聚碳硅烷化学转化制备SiC_w/SiC复合材料的研究 被引量:2

Study of SiC Whisker-Reinforced SiC Ceramic Composites Fabricated by Chemical Transformation from Polycarbosilane

摘要 研究了以SiC晶须为增强剂和以聚碳硅烷为先驱体热解制备SiCw/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的成型工艺及其热物理性能。同时对SiCw/SiC复合材料高温氧化机理进行探索。制得的SiCw/SiC复合材料的密度为2.19/cm ̄3,弯曲强度为250MPa。 The fabrication of SiC whisker-reinforced SiC(SiCw/SiC)by Chemical transformation frompolycarbosilane has been studied.Technical conditions such as raw matcrial ratio,forming pressure,infiltrating palycarbosilane solution in xylene following heat treatment are in vestigated.In air,theoxidation- resistance and thermal shock- resistance properties of SiCw/ SiC are not as well as SiCp/ SiC.Because the size of β-SiCw is small,the oxidation-resistance of β-SiCw is poor.There are a lot of open poresin the SiCw/SiC and in the oxidateing conditions,the product from the oxidation of β-SiCw can not stopO2 from spreading into the composites.Therefore,the strength of the composites decreases.
