摘要
用化学气相渗(CVI)工艺,分别用分段沉积和共沉积方法制取了C/C-SiC梯度热结构材料,并比较了二者的成分梯度、性能与组织结构特征。
Carbon fiber reinforced C-SiC functionally gradient materials(FGMs)were prepared by CVI.Thethermal-gradient process was used in this work according to a two-step procedure or by means of co-deposition from C2H2+CH3SiCl3+H2+Ar system.Carbon fiber preform is PAN based carbon felt. Themicrortructure , distribution of Si in matrix,mechanical and physical properties, as well as thermal barriercharacteristics of FGMs were investigated.
