摘要
在Ellis平衡釜中进行了C2H5OH-OH-H2O-H3PO4体系在不同P2O5,浓度下的汽液平衡研究。当P2O5浓度(wt%)由0%改变到35%时,体系呈盐析效应;而在P2O5浓度40%到45%,在低乙醇浓度范围内,体系呈盐溶效应;在其他浓度范围,仍呈盐析效应。P2O5的加入消除了体系的恒沸点。在实验基础上,一定P2O5浓度范围内,用修正的佐田模型对部分实验数据进行了关联,结果较为满意。
The vapour-liquid equilibrium of a ternary system C2H5OH-H2O-H3PO4 at different P2O5 concentrations was measured.The results show that at P2O5 concentration of 10-30% (wt),the salting-out effect is observed,and at P2O5 concentration of 35-45%(wt),the salting-in effect is observed. The results also show that no azeotropes is occurred in the P2O5 concentration range tested. The experimental data are well correlated with Sata model.
