用改进的形状因子法推算液体混合物的粘度

摘要 本文对Ely的形状因子法引进编心因子修正,同时采用新的改进Rackett方程混合规则推算液体混合物密度。改进后的形状因子法在精度上有了显著的提高并能适用于极性系统。不同温度下26个二元系513个粘度数据及3个三元系36个粘度数据的预测结果,其绝对平均百分偏差(ADD)分别为3.11%和3.17%。 The acentric factor correction has been introduced to Ely's shape factor expresaion and a new mixing rule of modified Rackett equation has been used to calculate the density of liquid mixture. The remarkable improvement has been obtained by using the modified Ely's method which is applicable to polar compounds and low carbon number alcohol systems. o13 data points of viscosity for 26 binary systems and 36 points for 3 ternary systems have been predicted by the suggested method,the AAD are 3. 11% and 3. 17% respectively.
