摘要
本文采用二维定数混合池模型研究MD塔板上液体的流动行为,提出了计算MD塔板Murphree板效率的数学模型。模型计算值与实验测定值吻合较好,平均相对误差为5.7%,最大相对误差不超过15.0%,同时还考察了混合池数选择和流动模拟形式对模型计算结果的影响。
A mathematical model of two dimensional mixing pool type is proposed to simulate the fluid flow and mass transfer behavior in a Multiple Downcomer(MD) tray. The application of the proposed model to predict the Murphree vapor tray efficiencies of an experimental MD tray demonstrates that the predicted E_(mv) values under various operating conditions are basically consistent with the measured ones from the experimental runs. The average relative error is about 5. 7% with a maximum one of 15. 0%. In the meanwhile,the effects of the mixing pool numbers and. the flow simulation ways are also investigated and discussed.
