摘要 根据对乙炔,氯化氢在HgCl_2-活性碳催化剂上合成氯乙烯反应动力学、失活动力学及固定床反应器的分析,建立拟均相二维有效扩散模型以描述氯乙烯合成固定床反应器的特性,用此模型对现有生产中的工况进行定量分析,并提出改进操作的方案。 Accordance with the reaction kinetics,deceive kinetics on HgCl_2/active carbon catalyst and the analysis of fixed reactor of hydrochlorination of acetylene,the mathematics model of fixed bed reactor of viny 1 chloride synthesis via hydrochlorination of acetylene was set up.The character of the reactor was described by a pseudo-homogeneous,two-dimension dispersion model.By using this model,the operation of commercial reactor was simulated.The results showed that series operation of two reactors and catalyst ploughing were benefit to make full use of catalyst and decrease the consumption of catalyst.Choosing smaller reactor tubes in diameter(for example φ38×3.0mm) was better than φ57×3.5mm,which is widely used in commercial reactors nowadays.
