摘要
分析了等离子体中电子密度的各种诊断方法,在建立新型双探针微机测试系统的基础上,对可拆式灭弧室内真空电弧电子密度的分布进行了测试.
This paper analyzed various ways to measure the electron density in plasma. The double array probe measuring system is set up, and the measuring procedure is shown here for electron density and temperature in an attachable vacu-um chamber.
