地球边界层由软流圈连同岩石圈构成。地球自转及速率变化导致地球边界层湍流或环流系统。地球边界层湍流是引起全球地震活动和岩浆活动的全球构造运动。岩浆侵入和火山喷发即地球内部物质和能量向外的转移,以及全球构造环流引起的地形变化,都能导致在太阳辐射背景值上的全球气候变化和灾害。据此,探讨和建立行星地球系统理论,可以提出预报全球变化和自然灾害的方法。
The globular boundary layer or the turbosphere is composed of the rheosphere and lithosphere.The globular spinning and it's rate changing resulted in the turbulence of the globular boundary layer or the global tectonogenesis causing seismism and magmatic action.The magmatic intrusion and volcanism are the outward transfer of energy and substance in the earth,can result in the global change and calamities under the background value of the sun emission.Based on these,the planetary system theory for the earth has been proposed.The methods forecasting the global change and calamities can be given.
