摘要
应用概率设计原理和计算机动态仿真方法,探讨了启闭机门架的静强度可靠性问题。根据门机的作业条件,在静、动力分析的基础上建立了主梁和支腿的随机载荷模型,仿真得到载荷样本,进而对主梁和支腿进行可靠性计算。
With the principle of probabilistic design and the method of computer dynamic simulation,strength reliability of gantry structure is explored in this paper.According to working conditions of the crane,random load models of the girder and mast have been established based on the analysis on static and dynamic forces.Load samples are obtained by simulation.Finally,reliability of the girder and mast are calculated.
