南京市城区淹水与排水设计问题探讨

STUDY ON DESIGN OF WATER-LOGGING PROTECTION AND SEWERAGE IN THEURBAN AREA OF NANJNG

本文从排水体制、雨情、水情等方面分析了南京市排水系统存在的问题和内涝淹水的原因,探讨了排水设计中参数的选用、设计标准和防止内涝的措施.包括设计重现期、迳流系数、截流倍数及收水条件设计选择、排涝标准和雨水管道设计标准等.

With reference of sewerage structure, rainfall pattern, flooding and other related factors the existing problems in sewer system and the reasons of water-logging in the urban area of Nanjing are assessed in this paper. The measures to prevent waterlogging , design criteria and selected parameters including return period, run-off coefficient . water catchment times, way of surface water collection are discussed, also the design standards of logged water drainage and rain water sewer system are explored.
