摘要
在漂浮物多的河流里取水,传统的取水头部存在两个问题.一是漂浮物会钻入进水孔和水泵,堵塞叶轮通道,使水泵抽不上水;二是漂浮物会贴附或截留在进水孔,使水泵也抽不上水.作者根据漂浮物在进水孔处的“死点”等,提出了锯齿形(或J形)取水头部防治技术.采用这种取水头部后,漂浮物不贴附或不截留、更不会钻入进水孔和水泵里,使水泵能正常抽水.这种取水头部,从1984年至今,已建有30座以上.其运行证明:防止漂浮物进入取水头部和水泵的效果很好.
Two problems cause malfunction of pump when using the water intake with conventional header to take water from river with high drifter content, the drifter enters through openings into pump corpus, clogging the transit of the impeller or the drifters stuck to or concentrated around the head to clog the openings. By application of a new form of header structure called saw or J header the problems caused by adhesion or concentration of drifters as well as their unexpected entrance into corpus of pump are prevented and best performance of pump guaranteed. Since 1984 this header structure was adopted by over 30 water works and their operation stated that this is best way to prevent the drifter to enter into the water intake and pumps.
