摘要
城市排水设施是维持城市正常活动和生态平衡必不可少的基础设施,也是防治城市水污染的主体工程.本文在回顾、总结我国城市排水设施发展历史、技术现状和借鉴国外治理经验的基础上,提示了我国城市污水治理应采用的“三统一”战略设想.
Urban sewer facility is indispensable one of the infrastructures to maintain the normal activity and ecological equilibrium and the main force to control the water pollution in a city. On the basis to review and summarize the development and existing situation of urban sewer facilities in this country and make reference to foreign experiences on wastewater treatment a strategic consideration called 'three unifications' for urban wastewater treatment has been proposed.
