摘要
本文介绍了采用气浮池-厌氧塘-兼性塘工艺处理造纸废水的试验与设计.经工程投产后测定,出水水质达到了天津市水污染物排放标准的要求.气浮池采用硫酸铝为混凝剂和30%的回流比,有效地提高了处理效率.工程规模为9770m^3/d,每天可回收纸板原料8.4~10.8吨.
The experiment and design of a paper-pulp wastewater treatment process by air floatation anaerobic pond and facultative pond are presented in this paper. The works with a capacity of 9, 77 thousand cubic meters per day has been put into operation and the performance results show that the effluent can meet the requirement of the pollutants discharge standard of Tianjin city. The air floatation treatment was improved effectively by use aluminum sulfate as coagulant with a recycling ratio of 30%. 8. 4 to 10. 8 tons of pulp was recovered daily by this facility.
