摘要
哈尔滨市沙曼屯净水厂扩建工程规模为30万m^3/d,总投资3.9亿元人民币.本文在对原水水质、净水工艺流程及设计参数作了简要叙述后,重点介绍了侧向流翼片斜板沉淀池新工艺、净水工艺主体厂房采用的大跨度空心网架新结构、多种国外引进先进设备、μXL集散控制系统及在此基础上开发的净水工艺优化控制技术.该厂的运行实践表明,出水水质完全达到设计标准,设备和控制系统操作简单、运行安全可靠,大幅度地降低了药耗、电耗和自用水消耗.
The extension project of Shamantun Waterworks in Harbin City, Hei-longjiang Province with a capacity of 300 thousand cubic meters per day and a total investment of 390 million RMB has completed. Following the brief introduction on the quality of inlet water, basic water treatment process and its design parameters, the new techniques of lateral flow sedimentation tank with wing inclined plates, the long span hollow net-frame structure building of water purification facilities, various advanced equipments and the optimal controlling technique of water purifying process on concentrate-dispersion control system are pointed out emphatically. The performance with best reliability and safety has shown that the quality of output water meets the designed requirement, the equipments and the control system are easy to operate, the consumptions of chemicals, power and water are much decreased evidently.
