摘要
比例式减压阀具有构造简单、工作可靠、阀前阀后压力成比例关系等特点.可用于高层建筑分区和其他场合.在实际应用时,除需满足安装要求外,务须充分注意其阀后压力并非为固定值,而是随流量的增加,阀后压力相应减小,因此设计时必须按比例式减压阀流量~压力曲线来选用减压阀的型号、规格和阀前压力值,在无曲线时,文中推荐了一种近似的计算方法.
Proportional Reducing Valve (PRV) with its characteristics of simple structure, good reliability and proportional relationship of the pressures before and after the valve has been applied widely in zone division of highrise buildings and other cases. Beside satisfying the requirements of installation in site it is very important to keep in mind that the pressure after the valve is not a constant but inversely proportional to the flowrate, so the specification, the model of the valve and the pressure before the valvewill be selected in design by the pressure-flowrate curve of the PRV. In case where the curve is absent a approximate method for calculation is recommended in this paper.
