The paper describes in detail the development and using effectiveness of the ESI all aluminium alloy electrically-conductive electrode arm. It is proved that this kind of electrode arm is most suitable to the electric arc furnace with the moving-out furnace bOdy and the hydraulically-controlled electrode,as well as to the technical reform of the ladle flning furnace,It can bring con-siderable economical benefits.
