应用Ｌｉａｐｕｎｏｖ函数，研究了一个三阶非线性微分方程周期解的存在性，得到了保证方程存在周期解的一组充分条件。

Abstract In this paper,By using the method of Liapunov's function,the author investigates the cxistence of periodic solutions of the third order nonlinear differential equation,a sufficient condition is obtained.
