本文引入平面Ｌ旋转向量场的定义，给出Ｌ旋转向量场中分界线环随参数变动的性质及其分支出极限环的条件。

Abstract The paper gives the definition of L-rotated vector fields in the plane,It also gives the property of homoclinic orbit as parameter is changed on L-rotated vector fields and the conditions of yielding limit cycles.
