摘要
研究了透闪石(Tremolite)填充PP材料的力学性能。填充量为30%(wt)时,透闪石填充PP的弯曲强度提高49%,接近同等填充量的短玻璃纤维(0.5mm)增强PP材料。对其它力学性能的影响与一般矿物填料相似,硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂均对改善填充材料的力学性能有效。在高温下,透闪石对PP的增强效果更明显。
This paper reports the study on the mechanical properties of tremolite-filled PP composite-When filling is 30% (wt. ),the flexural strength of the tremolite-filled PP is increased 49% .approaching that of PP reinforced with chopped glass filer (0. 5mm) at the same filling. The influence of tremolite on the other mechanical properties is the same as normal mineral fillers, and both the silicone and phthalate coupling agents are effective to improve the mechanical properties of the filled materials. At high temperature,the reinforcing result of the tremolite to PP is more obvious.
