THE DEVELOPMENT OF USING POLYTETRAFLUORO-ETHYLENE STRIP TO MAKE METAL SPRING GASKET

本文着重阐述了金属缠绕垫片用聚四氟乙烯填充带材的配方和工艺优化试验研究过程,解决了用国产聚四氟乙烯原料生产金属缠绕垫片用聚四氟乙烯填充带的缠绕工艺要求和垫片密封要求的问题,满足了聚四氟乙烯金属缠绕垫片在腐蚀环境的密封要求。

This paper stresses the description of the prescription of using polytetrafluoro - ethlene strip to fill the metal spring gasket and the process of technological optimization test. The problem of using home-made PTFE materical to produce the filling strip of the metal spring gaslet and the problem of the seal of gaslet bave been solved,hence fulfilling the requirement of PTFE metal spring gasket under the clean and corrosive circumstances.
