摘要
本文用SEM对PP/HDPE/EPDM三元共混材料的微观形态进行了考察,结果发现,EPDM和HDPE在PP基体中形成了特定的壳核结构,这一微观结构是共混物强度和韧性兼优的内在原因。在对三元共混材料的银纹、剪切带考察的基础上。
The micro-morphology of PP/HDPE/EPDM ternary blends is studied with the help of SEM in this paper. The results show that EPDM and HDPE are in the form of 'core-shell'structure in PP matrix. This structure results in the properties of excellent toughness and strength. Based on the observation of the crazes and shear bands,the mechanism of HDPE and EPDM' s synergistic toughening PP is explained.
