摘要
D-TORUS是一个在网络分布式环境下实现的体素造型系统,它充分利用网上的空闲计算资源进行并行计算,支持任务级和算法级两种并行策略,在造型的同时分别在不同窗口中显示线框图、剖面图、实体图和进行有效性分析,使得原先只能顺序执行的任务能够同时在多个机器上执行,加快了系统的运行速度,提高了用户的设计效率。
D-TORUS is a distributed solid modeling system implemented in a network environ-ment.It explores idle cbmputing power to execute in paralled. It supports task-level and al-gorithrn-level parallelism,while users are building solids, its frame-wire view、cutawlayview and shaded pictures are generated simultaneously(validity analysis is also performed ifnecessary).Tasks which were executed in sequence may run in paralled on multiple ma-chines. Therefore,speed of the system is a little fast and the design efficiency is improved.
