多种齿厚检验结果的等效换算及合理评定

渐开线圆柱齿轮齿厚精度的检验方法有多种。本文提出了对多种齿厚检验结果的等效换算及合理评定的理论依据,并建立了各检验项目间的偏差值换算式及极限偏差值换算式。采用本文的分析和计算方法可解决经常出现的齿厚检查项目与齿厚产品图纸规定的受检项目不一致的问题。本文对齿轮设计人员和检验人员均有实用价值。

Among the methods of testing the accuracy of tooththick of spline cylindrical gear, a new method for it has been put forward in this paper. Using this analysis and method,many problems appeared in the gear testing can be solved. It is very useful for the gear designers and checkers with this method and analysis.
