扭轧钻头轧裂机理的研究

摘要 本文从工艺出发,探讨了钻头四辊扭轧过程中金属的流动规律,揭示了刃带对扭轧金属流动的影响。研究表明,扭轧时作用于刃带上过大的流动应力差,是造成钻头轧裂的根本原因。减小刃带高度或增加刃带宽度,能使金属流动应力差得到显著降低。确定合适的刃带尺寸,能基本解决普遍存在的钻头轧裂问题. In this paper, the metal flowing regularity of twist drill in rolling process has been researched, and it finds that the edge-line of the drill influenced the metal flow. Research has showed that the bigger stress difference acting on the edge-line in rolling is the key factor that pauses the crazing of the drill. To reduce the hight of edge-line or increase the width of it can reduce greatly the stress difference of metal flow. An idea and suitable size of edge-line can mostly resolve the universal existing crazing problem of twist drills.
