摘要
本文全面地研究了真空加热条件下淬火加热温度、保温时间及冷却方法对高速钢的力学、物理及切削性能的影响,并与相应条件下盐浴淬火高速钢的性能作了比较,确定了高速钢真空加热最佳淬火温度和加热系数的范围,指出了处理过程中值得注意的问题。
In this paper, author has given a full research for vacuum hardening temperature, time and cooling method, and compared it with salt-bath hardening HSS technique. It ditermined the best hardening temperature and the range of heating parameter. At last, it indicated that some questions should be attentioned in hardening process.
