摘要
本文研究了用涂层滚刀加工镍基喷焊齿轮的试验结果。结果表明涂层滚刀的耐磨性和抗粘结能力有所提高,但刀具的磨损,特别是边界犁沟形式的磨损比较严重,复会涂层滚刀的磨损相对要小些。
In this paper, author analyzed the testing result using coated gear hobcutter to machine Ni-based spray welding gear. Testing result showed that the abrasion resistance and bonding resistance of this hob cutter was improved. Unfortunately, the wear of the hob cutter is larger, and the wear of composite coated hob cutter is smaller.
