铁系催化剂合成2,6-二甲基苯酚

摘要 本文报导了铁系催化剂合成2,6-二甲基苯酚的研究开发结果.所研制的多元铁系催化剂在反应温度360℃,液体空速1.0h(-1).反应物料苯酚:甲醇:水=1.0:5.0:5.0(摩尔比)等反应条件下,转化率接近100%,生成2,6-二甲基苯酚的选择性>96%.实验室初步研究表明二该催化剂具有较宽的反应温度(345~390℃)、液体空速(0.5~1.5h(-1))和反应物料配比适应范围,经连续2800小时反应运转后其性能稳定,无明显结焦和结块,卸出方便。此外该催化剂还具有优良的抗干扰能力,其综合性能指标优于侯系催化剂,具有工业化应用前景。 The development of Fe-dominant catalyst for 2,6-dimethyl phenol synthesis were reported.At reaction temperature of 360℃, LHSV of 1.0h-1 and with phenol:methanol: water in feed mixture equal to 1.0:5.0:5.0(mol),the developed multi-component Fe-based catalyst exhibited nearly 100% conversion of phenol and more than 96% selectivity to 2, 6-dimethyl phenol. Laboratory study showed that the catalyst was adaptable to reaction temperararure of 345-390℃,LHSV of 0.5-1.5h-1 and wide range of feed composition.After 2800 hours of continuous operation,the catalyst remained stable in property with no coke deposition and caking.When operating in abnormal condition,the catalyst could recover quickly when condition returns to normal.All this showed that the catalyst might be feasible for industrial use.
