摘要 本文以某电厂拉基工程为实例,系统、扼要地阐明了钻孔灌注桩的设计施工方法.对极不均匀地质条件下基础加固方案的选择、桩的选型、桩基沉降量的计算、钻机的选型和布置、施工工艺过程中的主要环节及文明施工减少公害均作了有特色的论述.还分析了水下混凝土的灌注机理,并提出了水下混凝土灌注计算的新方法,在几个工程中,为高质量的施工提出了可靠的依据。通过竣工后随机抽样检验和数理分析,证明了本工程灌注桩的施工和设计都是成功的。 In this article, an example of the foundation at Certain eledric Power plant, with its design and construction procedure of the cast in place pile of the predrilled hole is presented systematically. The strengthening in extremely uneven geological conditions, the Selection of the type of the pile, the taledation in the settlement of the subsoil, the choice and arrangement of the drilling machine, the main. featare of technological process in construction and the high level process and reduction in environmental pollution, have been discussed with distinthehing features in this paper. The pouring mechanism of concrete under wier, and the new calculation method of pile Cast in plaCe Under water is put forward, which makes sure the reliable basis for high quality construction in subsequent projects. It is proven that though the rendom sempling test and analysis of the data the design and construction are all successfoul.
