摘要
本文简要地回顾和小结了自1990年新型稀土铁氮化物R_2Fe_17N_y发现以来,人们对具有Th_2Zn_17(或Th_2Ni_17)和ThMn_12结构间隙原子氮化物或碳化物所做的大量研究工作,它包括制备方法、晶体结构、内禀磁性和永磁开发,并对该类化合物永磁体的应用前景做了展望。
It is a review of much research workon interstitial nitrides and carhdes with structuresof Th_2Zn_17(or Th_2Zn_17)and ThMn_12-types,sincethe discovery of R_2Fe_17 N_y nitrides in l990.The contents include that of nitride or carbide, the preperation,the structural properties, the intrinsic magnetic properties and the development of the permanent magnets such as epoxyresin bonded magnets,the metal bonded magnets and the sintered magnetsby explosion technique,The temperature coefficients and corrosion resistance of Sm_2Fe_17 N_y mag-nets are discussed and compared with those ofNd_2Fe_14 B magnets. The nitride or carbide permanent magnets open up bright prospects for application.
