摘要 利用分步法高温固相反应合成Cd_3Al_2Ge_3O_(12)基质和Cd_3Al_2Ge_3O_(12):Mn石榴石荧光粉,给出立方晶格常数,研究材料的阴极射线发光性质。Cd_3Al_2Ge_3O_(12):Mn石榴石具有较长的黄色余辉特性,是一种抗闪烁材料。微量过渡金属杂质对锗酸盐石榴石发光产生严重猝灭作用。 Cd_3Al_2Ge_3O_(12)(abbr: CAGG)andCd_3Al_2Ge_3O_(12):Mn(abbr:CAGG:Mn)garnetphosphors were synth6Sized by solid state reactionwith″staircase″temperature.Their crystal latticeconstant (a_0 ) are given. Cathodoluminescence(CL)properties of the CAGG host and CAGG:Mn gar-nets are reported. The yellow-emitting CAGG:Mngarnet shows a longer persistence. The CL spectraof CAGG : Mn garnets depending on Mn ̄(2+) concentration consists of the blue emission. band of thehost and the yellow emission band of Mn ̄(2+)ion.Theproperty of the yellow emission band of Mn ̄(2+) centrein CAGG garnet is discussed.The luminescence ofthis germanate garnets is strongly quenched bytransition metal impurities.
