摘要
TeflonAF是新一代高性能的Teflon氟碳树脂。完全非晶态的TeflonAF具有许多突出优点,如在190nm厚度内的完全透明度,低折射率(1.29~1.31);突出的介电性能(在塑料家族中具有最低的介电常数);良好的力学性能;宽温区的热性能和优良的化学惰性及在选定的全氟化溶剂内受限制的溶解性等等。TeflonAF在高科技领域中具有广泛的应用前景。如用作在光纤和集成光学方面的重要材料,半导体和工艺材料,介电和释放材料,特殊性能的化学和工业材料以及生物医学材料等。
Teflon AF is a new generation ofTeflon fluorocarbon resins with high performance。Teflon AF,which is Teflon films in amorphousforms,has many advantageous features,such asoptical clarity(complete transperancy at 190 nm )and low refractive index (1.29~1.31)utstandingelectrical properties(lowest dielectric constant ofany plastic even at GHz),very good mechanicalproperties including strength,high thermal,andchen1ical stability,as well as limited solubilitv in selected perfluorinated solverts,etc. This amorphousfluoropolymer has potential applications in high science and technological areas. It can be used as optical materials including fiber and integrated optics,electronic materials(semiconductors and procssingmaterials,dielectric and release materials),specialized chemical/industial materials and biomedical materials,etc.
