摘要
合成了发光色素荧光黄,制备了以荧光黄为发光材料的有机薄膜电致发光器件,测定了它的电光性质,得到了在直流驱动电压6V下的绿色发光,并探讨了荧光黄的发光机理。
The organic emitting material 4-amino- 1, 8-naphthalimido-N-2, 4-dimetbylaniline was prepared. With this material as the emitting element, the electroluminescent device has been fabricated. the electroluminescence properties of the device were investigated. in particular, the device can be driven to produce a green emission at dc voltage of the threshold 6V. The mechanism of electroluminescence of fluorometric yellow was discussed as well.
