体能测定及评价方法研究

STUDY ON THE METHOD OF MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION OF PHYSICAL CAPACITY

本文选择从事不同劳动强度的健康男女工人共６３１名，对其进行１１项生理指标测定，经统计学处理并结合有关文献确定以负荷运动心率、肺活量和总肌力作为体能测定指标。经多项统计分析将其纳入统一的多元回归方程中。应用者将对三项指标的测定结果直接代入公式即可计算出体能得分。为便于应用，本文将普通人体能划分为５级。

healthy workers who have been working in different physical labor intencity participated in the test. 11 indexes of physiological function were measured. The result was treated with statistics. The heart rate during sports by step test (HR), vital capacity (VC) and total muscle strength (MT) were considered as the most presentative indexes for physical capacity evaluation through correlation and cluster analysis and other statistics method with previous literature as reference.The result is to get a regression equation. The measuring data for 3 indexes are substituted in the equation by user, then the score of physical capacity can be counted. In order to use conveniently,physical capacity score of common population was divided into 5 ranks.
