视屏显示终端对作业女工生殖机能及其子代健康的影响

EFFECTS OF VDT ON REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION OF FEMALE OPERATORS

本文对从事视屏显示终端（ＶＤＴ）作业的３６１名女工和４８４名对照的生殖机能及其子代健康情况进行了调查分析。其结果：月经紊乱、痛经、经前紧张症的发生率有随每周作业时间的延长而增加的趋势。自然流产、妊娠合并贫血的发生率观察组也明显高于对照组，分别为５．０３和３．３６倍。提示：ＶＤＴ可影响作业女工生殖机能和子代健康，因此，我们认为尽快制订出ＶＤＴ作业人群的劳动保护措施，对保护作业女工其子代的健康是十分必要的。

The reproductive function and health of the offspring were analysed for 361 women exposed to VDT and 484 controls. The results showed as follows: The incidences of menstrual disorder, dysmenorrhea and premenstrual tension in the exposed group were obviously higher than those of the control group. The incidences of dysmenorrhea and premenstrual tension tended to increase with the work-time every week. The incidences of Spontaneous abortion and gestation anaemia in the exposed group were 5.03 and 3.36 times as those of the control group. It suggested that VDT could affect the reproductive function and offspring's health of female operators. The measure of labour protection on VDT must be taken earlier.
