微波辐射和12-氧-十四烷酰-法波-13-醋酸酯对二甲肼诱发小鼠大肠癌的影响 被引量:1

摘要 接触电磁辐射是否与恶性肿瘤发病率增高有关为人们所关注。本研究用2.45GHz微波辐射小鼠以观察其是否促进DMH诱发的大肠癌发生。另用已知促癌剂TPA现察其促发情况。微波辐射10mW/cm2(SAR=10-12mW/g),每天3小时,一周6天,共5个月。TPA腹腔注射2mg/kg,每周一次共10次。结果表明微波对肿瘤发生无影响,TPA可促进大肠癌的发展但不影响癌的发生率。 Balb/c mice were irradiated with 2.45 GHz CW microwave at 10 mW/cm2(SAR=10-12 W/kg)3 hrs. daily, 6 days a week over a period of 5 months. DMH was injected once a week over 5 months, The tumor promoter 12-o-tetrade canoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) was administered once a week for 10 weeks from the third week after the initial treatment of DMH. The incidence of tumors did not differ significantly among the three test groups(group B, C and D)(p>0.25).However the tumor number, size, incidence of protuberant type and infiltrative type in tumor bearing animals were higher in group D as compared to groups B and C respectively(P<0.05). No difference was found between groups B and C(p>0.25). The study showed that 2.45 GHz MW radiation does not promote DMH induced colon cancer in young mice. TPA could accelerate colon tumor production once a tumor was initiated.
