摘要
本文主要采用电子探针,透射电镜和金相技术等手段对3YC4l合金铸锭在锻造加工时产生的开裂问题进行了分析研究。查出了该合金开裂原因是组织中存在大量的未溶合金碳化物。对其开裂的机理进行了探讨,并提出了消除这种开裂的工艺措施,其效果良好。
In press forging process,the shattercrack of 3YC4l alloy casting has been investigatedby electron probe X-ray microanalyzer,transmission electron microscope and metallomicroscopy.The cracked causes have been found that there are alot of alloying carbide in base structures.Thecracked mechanism has been probed.The technolo-gy measure have been put forward for preventinghot forging crack and the result is good in forging.
