α-Fe_(2)O_(3)气敏陶瓷的研究

Review of α-Fe_(2)O_(3) Ceramics for Gas Sensor

本文比较全面地介绍了十几年来国内外对α－Ｆｅ＿２Ｏ＿３气敏陶瓷的研究状况，并对其中典型的研究结果进行了分析和比较，总结出了一些带有一定普遍意义的规律；同时也提出了研究中存在的一些问题。最后，本文提出了我们对α－Ｆｅ＿２Ｏ＿３陶瓷气敏性来源的看法，并着重指出了先前没有被大多数研究者引起足够重视、且对功能陶瓷来说是至关重要的问题，即α－Ｆｅ＿２Ｏ＿３陶瓷的显微结构及其与气敏性之间的关系。在此基础上我们提出了今后研究方向的一些看法。

This paper reviewed the progress ofinvestigation on α-Fe_2O_3 ceramics for gas sensor sinceearly 1980s, discussed and analysed the typicalresearch results from references home and abroad,and then gave some helpful and acceptableconclubions as well as several questions ignored beforand still existing today. Meanwhile our opinion tomechanism of α-Fe_2O_3 ceramics sensitively respondingto reducing gases was proposed.And finaly,anessential problem ignored by major researchers befor microstructure of α-Fe_2O_3 ceramics and therelationship between the microstructure andproperties of gas sensor-was emphasized.
