腰椎管狭窄的手术治疗(附68例报告)

Surgical Treatment of Lumbar Spinal Canal Stenosis (A Report of 68 Cases)

自1990年以来,对68例腰椎管狭窄进行手术治疗,其中中央管狭窄9例、侧隐窝狭窄39例、纤维管腔狭窄22例。合并椎间盘突出53例（78％）。全部病例行全椎板切除与神经通道松解,优良率达87.2％。无手术感染、出血等合并症。手术成功的关键是解决椎管狭窄与神经通道狭窄。

From 1990,68 cases of lumbar spinal canal stenosis were treated with laminotomy and unroofing of the root canal. Among the 68 cases, there were central canal stenosis 9 cases, lateral recess stenosis 37 cases,nerve root canal stenosis 22 cases,53 cases(78. 2%) complicated with protrusion of in-tervertebral disc. The rate of good result was 87. 2 %.Postoperative infection and nerve root injuries were not complicated in all cases. The authors believe that the key to operation is to relief of spinal canal stenosis and nerve root canal stenosis.
