胫骨高位弧形截骨术治疗伴内翻畸形的膝骨关节炎

High Tibial Arch Osteotomy for Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Accompaning Yarns Deformation

从1988年12月至1992年12月采用胫骨高位弧形截骨术治疗伴有内翻畸形的膝骨关节炎18例20膝,经1～4年（平均2.5年）的随访,优良率为85％。本文对胫骨高位截骨术的作用原理、手术方法的改进及提高其疗效应具备的条件和措施作了讨论。

This article reported knee osteoarthritis accompaning varus deformity in 18 cases with 20 knees,which adopted high tibial arch osteotomy from December 1988 to December 1992. The follow - up varied from 1 to 4 years with an average of 2.5 years. The results showed excellent and good rate was 85%. Princeple of high tibial arch osteotomy,improvement of operative method as well as necessary conditions and measures to enhance effect of high tibial arch osteotomy were discussd.
