本文研究了用逻辑的方法描述偏好的问题，并使之应用于基于逻辑描述的冲实分析方法中去。偏好模型的好坏是冲突分析方法实用与否的关键。基于逻辑的模型化方法就是用形式化逻辑的方法作为工具来解决相关的管理科学问题，基于逻辑模型的偏好结构．提供了一种新的偏好模型化方法，为构造冲突分析决策支持系统提供了一种有用的工具。

This paper uses the logic method to study the problem of preference,and apply it to the logic model for conflict analysis.The modeling of preferences is crucial to any form of conflict analysis method.Logic modeling is the use of formal logic as a modeling tool for problem of interest to management science. The logic model of preference provides a new method of preference modeling.It is a useful tool to incorperate into a decision support system for conflict analysis.
