摘要
充分利用各个研制阶段的试验信息,进行变母体统计分析,导出一种普遍通用的可靠性评估方程式。利用该方程评估的可靠性数值更符合产品的实际。本方法可减少研制中的试验数量、加快研制进度、节约研制经费。
A generally applicable reliability grouth evaluation equation is deduced by fully using the test
data from each stage, conducting statistic analysis of variable genaral population. The reliability data given by the equation corresponds to the reality of the product. The evaluation method will decrease test numbers in development, speed up development and reduce development cost.
