摘要
本文报道了一种简单、经济、性能优良的1.3μm单模光纤偏振控制器设计和实验结果。对基于弯曲感生双折射的三鼓轮结构光纤线圈等效λ/4和λ/2光学波片实现偏振控制进行了理论分析,实验结果达到了相干光纤通信和光纤传感器的要求。
In this paper, the results of design and practice on the 1.3μm single-mode optical and performance index is good. We describe theory of three optical fiber coil which are completely equivalent to 1/4λ and 1/2λ wave plates of classical optics to controll polarization that is based on bending induced birefringence. This research results has reached requirement of coherent optical fi-ber communication and optical fiber sensers.
