摘要
强双稳态电光调制器具有最大的微分功率稳定S。S只由透过率T及偏压Vb决定,与控制电路放大因子G无关。利用LiNbO3(LN)单45°混合型电光双稳态器件,对小发散角的近红外瓦级以下激光功率的稳定可能实现优化的技术设计。
The intense bistable electro-optical modulator presents the maximum differential stability of output power S.S only depends on transmittance T and bias Vb, and is independent of the magnification factor G of the controlling device.By using the single 45° LiNbO3 electro-optical hybrid bistable device,the optical design can be realized by the use of small divergent angle near-infrared laser with power below 1 watt.
