摘要
文中叙述了以CCD为探测器的柔性喷管六自由度多路并行实时光电测量系统,说明了系统的用途、技术参数、测量原理、数学模型、系统组成及为达到技术指标要求在设计制造中采取的措施和系统最终的研制结果。
In this paper, the paralled opto-electronic real time system for the measurement of six freedom motion parameters of flexible nozzle with CCD detetors is described. This paper describes the applications, technical parameters, the measuring principle, mathematical model and the constitution of this system in detail. The measures, which have been adopted in the process of design and manufacture of this system. The technical objects and the results of measurement of this system are also described.
