摘要
作者在低功率ICP中的偏离LTE程度的研究及有关电离度计算的基础上,实验观测了易电离基质对一系列元素谱线发射的影响,主要是碱金属元素间的影响及钠和钙对一系列元素的影响,同时观察了一些元素的原子发射与离子发射行为的差别,实验结果以接近LTE的概念出发作了定性的讨论。
The effects of easily ionized matrixes in an inductively coupled plasma with relatively low power (0. 8-1. 2kW) have been experimentally observed. The enhancement and depression effects of atomic and ionic lines for many elements have been mesaured in the presence of easily ionized matrixes (Na and Ca). The enhancement and depression effects were significant, considerable, or even severe at the presence of hish concentration of Na. The behavior uf atom and ion lines are different and the degree of effects is related to the operating parameters of the plasma. An explanation for these phenomena was suggested.
