摘要
建立一种快速,准确测定生物样品中微量铂的分光光度法,讨论了最佳试验条件和试剂用量。形成有色缔合物在594nm处具有最大吸收值ε=5.85×10~4L/mol·cm。回收率92.74%-112.95%。相对标准偏差小于1.71%。
A spectrophometric method has been developed for a rapid and accurate determination trace amounts of platinum in various biological samples, based on the formation of an ionassociation complex of Pt (Ⅳ)-SCN-rhodamine B in queous phase in the presence surface active asent. The optimal condition and reasents added are discussed. The complex maximum absorbance is obtained at 594nm with maximum molar absorptivity of 5. 85 ×104· L / mole· cm. The recovery rate is between 92.74%- 112. 95%. RSD<1.7%.
