本文叙述了前苏联制造的摄谱仪和单色仪的特点，对苏制摄谱仪进行了改装，使其既是摄谱仪，又具有单色仪的功能。经过多次实验，使用效果较好。

The characters of the spectrograph and the monuchromator made in the Soviet Union are described in this paper. The spectrograph is requiped so that it can be used as both spectrosraph and monochromator. The results of experiments are good.
