摘要
本工作以玻璃为基质,以金属铝粉为分散相,制备了玻璃/铝复合材料。通过对复合材料断裂韧性的测试及对其断裂表面形貌的分析,提出了金属铝对玻璃的增韧机理。并讨论了影响增韧效果的工艺因素。
In this work,the glass/alluminium composite was prepared by using glass as matrix and metallic alluminium as disperse phase.The toughening mechanism of this composite was proposed by measuring the fracture toughness and analysing the morphology of its fracture surface. Some Factors affecting its fracture toughness were discussed.
