摘要 本文讨论动力学参数估计的频域方法,及其在机电系统的测量、仿真、补偿及控制中的应用。频域建模可表述为一种由谱估计和参数估计相结合的两步算法。在传感器、执行器和精密机械系统中有一些较成功的应用。 This paper addresses an approach for dynamic parameters estimation in frequency domain. First,an outline of frequency domain modeling and its development is presented.The approach discussed here involes two step algorithm:an estimate of the spectral density function from input-output signals of a linear system and an estimate of its dynamic parameter from frequency response data obtained in the first step.Some parameter estimation algorithms are derived by minimizing a unified from of loss function using different selections of weights. At last,wide variety of application in electromechanical systems such as measurement,simulation,compensation and control is fuly discussed.
