摘要
采用流动注射一次进样串联测定血清中磷、钙,即以串联的可见分光光度计与原子吸收分光光度计先后连续测定磷和钙。试验了流动注射系统的实验条件。结果磷、钙回收率分别为99.7%、102.0%,变异系数各为2.7%、2.5%。
Phosphorus and Calcium in serum were measured succesively by the method of flow injection with series detectors of spectrophotometer and Atomic Absorption. Each sample was put in at one time. During the measurement, the conditions for the Flow-injection system were chosen. The results show that the recoveries of phosphorus and Calcium are 99. 7% and 102. 0% respectively, and Coefficients of variability are 2. 7 % and 2. 5 % respectively. It is indicated that this method is equal to or better than that of manual work.
